Outremont

Outremont has always remained an oasis of peace in the midst of the global slump throughout the years of its existence. On January 1, 2002, the city of Outremont was finally merged into the City of Montreal. It ceased to exist as an autonomous municipality and became one of the boroughs of the new city.
