Biography
Gabrielle Rousseau-Bélanger has built a career at the crossroads of international relations, cultural diplomacy, and institutional affairs. Currently serving as Attachée for Cultural, Institutional, and Accounting Affairs at the Representation of the State of Bavaria in Montreal, she works to strengthen ties between Quebec and Bavaria through cultural and institutional partnerships.
Alongside her professional work, Gabrielle is deeply rooted in the Montreal community. As President of Connexion Internationale de Montréal (CIM), a nonprofit supporting young professionals from diverse backgrounds, she has championed initiatives fostering networking, leadership development, and international cooperation. Her volunteer work with Les Petits Frères, an organization supporting isolated seniors, reflects her commitment to inclusion and social connection.
A lifelong soccer player in local clubs for over fifteen years, Gabrielle values teamwork, perseverance, and community spirit—qualities she now brings to municipal politics.
With a strong academic background in International Relations from UQAM and the University of Bremen, as well as international experiences that shaped her global outlook, Gabrielle Rousseau-Bélanger is committed to building a borough that is inclusive, dynamic, and forward-looking.
