Biography
A seasoned professional in financial strategy, industrial development, and energy efficiency, Linda Paquin brings over 30 years of experience to driving impactful projects for the community. With a distinguished career at Hydro-Québec, she has advised senior management, designed profitability analysis models, and led long-term energy planning initiatives, all while collaborating with local and international institutions to turn ideas into concrete, sustainable actions.
Linda’s community involvement is equally noteworthy. As founder and president of the Saint-Léonard Pickleball Club, Linda also serves on multiple boards of directors, including the Alliance Francophone du Century Village EAST, the Québec-Japan Business Forum, and the Jardins Windsor Condominium Syndicate. These roles have allowed her to build solid expertise in citizen engagement, collaborative management, and listening to community needs.
Married since 1978, a mother of three, and grandmother of four, Linda Paquin is deeply committed to youth empowerment and the well-being of seniors. With Ensemble Montréal – Équipe Soraya, she aims to put her experience and values at the service of the residents of Saint-Léonard-Est to create a borough that is inclusive, transparent, and responsive to its citizens.
