ROSEMONT–LA PETITE-PATRIE
BOROUGH
- Improve cleanliness by deploying year-round cleaning teams and installing more garbage cans.
- Build more housing and cut the red tape for permits.
- Improve mobility and travel safety by prioritizing pedestrians.
- Protect residents against floods in low-lying areas.
- Strengthen security in parks and on streets.
MARIE-VICTORIN DISTRICT
- Work on creating a public market in East Rosemont.
- Work jointly with the Government of Quebec to include a redevelopment that benefits residents in the modernization project of Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital.
VIEUX-ROSEMONT DISTRICT
- Extend the redevelopment of Masson Street to Pie-IX to avoid future work and revitalize the sector.
- Increase funding for neighborhood community organizations to recognize their essential contribution.
- Enhance the budget for libraries and cultural centers to deploy nomadic cultural projects in less-served areas.
ÉTIENNE-DESMARTEAU DISTRICT
- Focus on the development of intergenerational activities.
- Develop partnerships with merchants to improve neighborhood cleanliness.
- Accelerate the development of abandoned lands, including the former Mikes of Rosemont and the Loggia Beaubien–Saint-Michel site.
SAINT-ÉDOUARD DISTRICT
- Demand that any future Bellechasse ventilation station project be done without expropriating families.
- Secure the alleys in the area to prevent car transit and promote neighborhood gatherings and children’s play.
