DENIS-BENJAMIN-VIGER

Biography

Patricia McIntyre has proudly called Île Bizard home since 2011. A mother of four, she’s deeply connected to the community and understands the full spectrum of family life — from education and sports to local commerce and transportation.

As a Certified Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker, Patricia is known for her integrity and professionalism. She also serves as an Arbitrator for the APCIQ, helping uphold high standards in Quebec’s real estate industry.

Her dedication to the community is reflected in her leadership and volunteer work. Patricia served on the Board of Directors for Friends for Mental Health, a West Island non-profit supporting families affected by mental illness. She is also the founder of Flywheels by the Fairways, an annual fundraiser that supports mental health initiatives across the West Island — with local businesses at the heart of the event.

Patricia also presides over a condo association, ensuring smooth operations and quality living for many families. She volunteers regularly at events like Strangers in the Night and Ribfest, demonstrating her hands-on approach to civic engagement.

Inspired by her experience attending an Ensemble Montréal event, Patricia made the decision to run for municipal councillor in Île Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève (IBSG). Her platform is built on transparency, fact-based decision-making, improved public safety, and responsible financial management.

Patricia brings a unique blend of professional expertise, grassroots involvement, and heartfelt dedication to her community — ready to serve with compassion and a clear Ensemble Montreal vision for the future.
