Petition for Montreal to authorize postal voting

Montreal’s current administration is refusing to allow seniors aged 70 and over to vote by mail in the municipal elections scheduled for November 2021.

This refusal puts a damper on democracy for seniors and also calls into question one of their fundamental rights: the right to vote in safety.

Several cities have decided to move forward, including Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Laval, Longueuil, Dorval, Hampstead and Sainte-Thérèse.
