Otherwise, the costs of restoration will be charged to the responsible contractor;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leveraging university research centers and the business community to make Ville-Marie a laboratory for innovative solutions to construction management challenges;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing real-time information to residents and business owners on the impacts of major worksites, while making QR codes mandatory on all signage to identify the responsible contractor;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requiring the use of quality materials adapted to Montr\u00e9al\u2019s climate to reduce the repetition of work on the same roadway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quotes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMontrealers are tired of construction sites popping up overnight, without explanation or a clear timeline.
