Amid a housing and homelessness crisis, poor coordination of construction sites, and increasing mobility challenges, Montr\u00e9al\u2019s downtown is in its worst state in years. A targeted action plan is urgently needed to create a downtown that is vibrant, safe, affordable, clean, and future-oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Economic Vision Grounded in Partnership and Innovation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
