Soraya Martinez Ferrada Presents Her Team for Ahuntsic–Cartierville
Montreal, September 2, 2025 – The leader of Ensemble Montréal and candidate for mayor of the metropolis, Soraya Martinez Ferrada, presented on Tuesday her complete team for the borough of Ahuntsic–Cartierville.
Back in May, she had announced the candidacy of Maude Théroux-Séguin for borough mayor.
In addition to her, the party will be able to count on Joanne Lacombe in Sault-au-Récollet. For the district of Ahuntsic, Justine Lalande-Church will be the candidate. In Saint-Sulpice, Ensemble Montréal will be represented by Victor Esposito.
The team also includes Effie Giannou, who will be running again. She has represented the borough’s residents since 2017.
Priorities for the borough
The team led by Soraya Martinez Ferrada and Maude Théroux-Séguin will serve citizens to make Montreal a more efficient, safer, cleaner, and more affordable city. The team has set out several priorities:
- Genuinely improving issues of coexistence, cleanliness, mobility, and housing;
- Becoming true partners to local merchants and restaurateurs;
- Providing greater support during spring floods, to assist residents who often feel left to themselves.
